    Digitisation and analysis are kept apart. First the document becomes text — text-layer detection for digital PDFs, OCR for scans. Only then does content extraction begin. That separation is the reason every later statement can be traced to a specific place in the original.

    Every extracted statement ships with its verbatim source quote. No field without evidence. In a liability-adjacent context that is not a convenience feature — it is the precondition for the system being allowed into use at all.

    Five interchangeable language-model providers, local and cloud, behind one interface. Switching requires no code change. Cost, output quality and EU legal position are assessed per provider — the legal position is a selection criterion, not an afterthought.

    A contract path that holds up

    Electronic signature with a signature protocol and SHA-256 document hash. The path is designed for later extension to ID Austria and qualified signatures.

    We run what we build

    Docker, nginx, PostgreSQL, CI and deployment sit with us. The OCR pipeline runs on systemd-scheduled workers. Whoever built the system also operates it — faults don't fall between two responsibilities.
