Hosting and server logs
The website runs on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Technically necessary access data is logged on retrieval: IP address, date and time, the address requested, status code, volume of data transferred, referrer and browser identifier. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure and stable operation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
Contact form
The contact form processes your name, email address, optionally your company, and the text of your message. This information is used solely to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to entering into a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The message is delivered by email to the address given above and kept there for as long as is necessary to answer it and to meet statutory retention obligations.
Protection against automated submissions
To prevent form spam, the number of submissions per IP address is limited. The IP address is held in memory for one hour for that purpose and is not stored permanently. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No external captcha service is used.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising. If you switch language manually, that choice is stored in a technically necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) so the site appears in the language you selected. No consent is required for this.
Fonts
The fonts used are embedded locally when the site is built and are served from our own server. Loading the website establishes no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider, so no data is transmitted to third parties in the process.
Recipients
Personal data is passed on only to the hosting provider and to the email delivery provider, each as a processor, and to public authorities where there is a statutory obligation to do so. No transfer takes place to a third country outside the EU or the EEA.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Please contact the address given above to exercise them.
Right to lodge a complaint
