The question comes up in the meeting, not at the desk
A client meeting leaves no twenty minutes to search a policy wording. Insira answers product, tariff and sales questions in the time a meeting allows — and shows what the answer rests on.
In trial with an Austrian insurance sales organisation. Scope grows along the questions the field actually asks.
01
Two kinds of answer, and the difference stays visible
What the policy wording or the statute says is verifiable: there is a reference, a version, a literal sentence. What sales sets out as guidance — which variant suits which situation, what to watch for in a conversation — is not. Both are useful and both belong in the application. Presenting them in the same confident voice would be the mistake, because the user can then no longer tell what they are allowed to pass on. Insira marks every answer by its origin: a sourced statement with its reference, internal guidance with its document and version.
02
Explaining what an insurance wrapper actually does
Unit-linked pension products need explaining, in both directions. An adviser has to be able to reproduce the mechanics of the wrapper confidently: cost structure, additional payments, partial withdrawal, tax treatment, the difference from investing directly. Insira gives the explanation in the language a meeting requires, with the source alongside it in case anyone asks.
03
Comparisons are computed by the application, not the language model
Fund data are structured values with a cut-off date: ISIN, risk class, ongoing charges, performance. A language model reading such figures out of documents will eventually transpose a digit — and that error looks exactly like a correct answer. Comparison figures therefore come from a maintained dataset and are rendered unchanged. The model explains the columns; it does not invent them.
04
Kodex supplies the proof
Underneath Insira sits the same structured knowledge base Insira Kodex works with: policy wordings, product documents and legal status as a hierarchy rather than a pile of PDFs. Kodex is the instance that either evidences a statement or declines to answer. Insira is the surface that turns this into something usable in front of a client.
05
Support for advice, not a substitute for it
The recommendation to a specific client stays with the adviser, together with the demands-and-needs assessment and the documentation. Insira makes no suitability statement about a particular person and at no point replaces the advice record. The value sits upstream of that: knowing faster what a product does, what it costs, and where to read it up.
